wednesday weigh in

Just a quickie.

Feel like absolute SHITE.

Exercise the chiro gave me last week aggravated my shoulder/spine (I did too many but it helped my neck muscles so we’ve adapted it now), then Monday morning had a coughing fit which fucked up all my ribs/costal cartilage.  Had to have the day off work yesterday.  Saw the chiro yesterday afternoon and seeing her again tomorrow morning.

Don’t know how I will cope with work today.  Might just go in and see how I go.  SO busy though.  I just want to sleep.

Anyways….

Was puffy and bloated for my weigh in last week as it was post pathetic Valentine’s chocolate binge.  Back on track this week.

Weight – 1.5kg down

Waist (at BB) – 6cm down

Thigh – 1.5cm down

Don’t worry, I’ll cheer up.

  2. Hey Frankie! Have you cheered up? I hope so. Well your weight it is down – great stuff! Gotta take every positive and dwell on them, otherwise we can easily drown in all the stuff that isn’t going our way. I’ve just had a lesson in gratitude myself, so feeling humbled right now. Hope all is well. XX

    • Hey Your Crustiness. Thanks. You know me, I do always try to find the positive but pain SUCKS. I mean the rest of my life is just fine…FMS suck big hairy balls.

  3. Hope you feel better! Hmmm… wonder if I should step on a scale, too? I have no idea how much I weigh. The mirror tells me enough, I think – on the other hand… to see the weight go down might be motivating? Then again.. noooo, I don´t wanna know! Ran nearly 2 1/2 hours (crosstrainer) and hours later my feet still hurt.
    Well… to progress, right?

  6. Hey Magda! I thought you knew I was here now. Not doing much blogging at the moment but am trying to get into it again. Need to put my blog list back on here as I started using google reader but I got so many blogs on there that I couldn’t be bothered. Need to put my mates all back in the side bar, then I’ll come here and blog more often!
